Yes, we have flexible sample policy:
1). For 2ft-5ft tubes, quantity < 4pcs, samples are free. Express cost are on buyer side.
2). For 8ft tubes, order quantity < 10pcs, if you require larger order, MOQ:3000pcs, sample cost and freight cost are on buyer side.
12. Could you tell me how we choose the transportation type?
1). Qty<400pcs, express is suggested, 3-5days,  our cooperated express company: DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS, etc.
2). 400pcs<Qty<1000pcs), air transportation is suggested, 7-9days.
3). Qty>1000pcs, sea shipping is suggested, shipping days is related the destination port.
